Shawna started The Refined Man in 2015 in Tennessee, she relocated back to the Olympia area in 2016 and brought the shop with her. She has extensive training at both American Crew and Paul Mitchell. She enjoys time with her husband Ken on their Harleys, traveling, working on their home and spending time with their 4 sons, and 3 grandchildren.

Sophie has been gracing us with her presence for the last year. She is almost three and it's been fun watching her grow. Sophie's hobbies include cookies, butt scratches and barking at squirrels.

Chantel was born and raised on the island of Maui, Hawaii. She graduated from Maui Academy of Healing Arts in 2017 and has been practicing therapeutic massage ever since. Chantel specializes in a combination of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue and Lomi Lomi (traditional Hawaiian massage). Her sessions are tailored to your unique needs- whether it's deep relaxation or targeted relief. When she's not at the barbershop, you can find her hiking with her pup or lounging with her 4 cats. Hey y'all! My name is Jordin, I'm 25 years old and I've lived in Lewis County nearly my whole life. I love hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with my pups. I love joking around, and always being someone that can bring a smile to someone's face. My favorite thing right now is being an aunty to some amazing kids, and seeing how much I learn and grow over these next years.

Danielle has been with the Refined Man for almost four years and now works part time in Olympia and manages the Elma location. She's been in the beauty industry over ten years and loves it. On her off time Danielle enjoys fishing, kayaking and hanging out with her two dogs Sophie and Stella.
